The Alpinist | Marc-André Leclerc Portrait Painting Art Prints
Price range: $17.74 through $240.55
This painting is for those inspired by The Alpinist, Marc-André Leclerc
Marc-André Leclerc was this incredible Canadian rock climber and alpinist. Peter Mortimer was filming a documentary about him (The Alpinist) when Marc-André just went MIA on the film crew and free solo’d Mount Robson’s Emperor face. Something that no one had ever done before. When the film crew asked him why he didn’t tell them so that they could film, he responded that it wouldn’t be the kind of adventure he was looking for if someone else was there. And that has got to be one of the most badass things I’ve ever heard in my life.
